you can have anything you imagine... just BELIEVE!!!

The key thing to remember is that whatever you want in life is already yours in this moment... Just live your life like you already have it and the universe will bring it to you... You have the amazing power to call forth whatever you believe to be true. I knew with EVERY fiber of my body that I would win the lottery, and I did! How fantastic is that!

If you want something badly, just ASK and BELIEVE... don't ask "HOW". It will be given to you by the universe...

The part that caught my attention was the vision board concept. If you can visualize it and believe you already own it, it is yours. “That is bananas”, I thought. But, I decided to give it a try anyway. What do I have to lose, right? First thing I did when I got home was create a vision board, and I filled it with things that a 23 year old would… A shiny red Mercedes, pictures of money, trips, clothing, etc. I also filled it with quotes that were meaningful to me, i.e.; The Noble Eight Fold Path, quotes from the bible, and things that made me remember… “Hey, even if you do get all this cool stuff, never forget about what really counts. Never forget to be thankful”. I put it in a conspicuous place that I would see it every day no matter what. I looked at it for a while that day, and when I didn’t have wads of money falling from the sky, I became a bit skeptical.

I worked on my attitude over the next few weeks and something magical happened. My appointment book at the salon gradually started becoming more and more full. I live in an extremely tourist area and summer is the “off season” when business usually suffers, on top of that I am a recent graduate, I haven’t even been in the business for a full year. It’s not easy building a clientele under these circumstances and during a recession, but I did it. I am now at a point where I am almost completely booked at any given time during the off season. My clients are having to work around my schedule to get themselves an appointment with me. Furthermore, I truly enjoy driving my brand new shiny Mercedes-Benz to work every day. I have been on a cruise and back to Vegas since then, and this time, it was for pleasure, not work. I wear the latest designer clothes and shoes to match. I am now living the life I always dreamed of, but in the back of my mind I thought it wasn’t attainable. Now I KNOW it is attainable. There came a point where I didn’t know what else to add to my vision board, as everything I wanted, I already possessed. I still have my vision board, only today it's filled with pictures of family and quotes about friendship, and happiness, you know, the things that REALLY matter.

You may have noticed that in the beginning of my story I mentioned I picked this book up in April of 2010. Today is August 4, 2010. In four months, I have achieved things I had been wanting for years! I just was going about it all wrong. I live my life based on the Universal Law of Attraction. I base all my decisions on honesty and truth, knowing that in doing so, I will get honesty and truth in return. There is never a day that goes by that I do not give thanks for everything I have. I have since read all of the recommended books mentioned in this website. I can truly say this book has changed my life, and I am so happy it did!

Tips and tricks for speeding the process!!

So, I've been a Secret practitioner for six months now, and with amazing results! I have been able to successfully manifest in my life everything I wished for, right from novels, music, clothes, shoes, perfumes, and watches to more serious stuff like acing my college, my dream summer job, money, a calmer, more positive temperament and improved health.

I’m about to tell you how I did it, where I went wrong, and how you can speed up the process. ;)

1) You gotta be pretty specific:

Adjectives such as, ‘good’, ‘awesome’, etc., do not really work. You have to be clear in your head about what you desire. I sent out a request to the universe for a ‘good perfume’. Sure enough, in a few days a friend gifted me a perfume for my birthday. But it wasn’t how I had really, in my heart, hoped for. That happened because I dared not hope for something expensive or branded. So, I put out another wish for a branded perfume. In just a few weeks, some relatives came visiting from London and gifted me a bottle of Green Tea scent from the Elizabeth Arden line. How cool is THAT! I was like, “Whoa!” :)

Bottomline: Be specific and dare to dream, because nothing is too expensive or out of reach for The Universe. It’s all there, waiting for YOU!

2) A vision board *really* helps:

I wasn’t always a vision board user. But trust me, things are much clearer after you have an image to define it. The receiving process speeds up because you physically surround yourself with those images of what you want. Rather than having those images in your head and holding on to them, it is easier and better to stick them up on your closet or fridge. So, I cut out from magazines everything I like and wish for and bingo, I get those things.

3) Inspired action:

After all, everything is not going to fall into your lap. If you have that nagging feeling within you, take that path. And pray and ask for the Universe to guide you with signs and omens. Your attention will be magically drawn to what will benefit you in innumerable ways. I was once walking down the street and my eyes were just drawn to this book-seller on the road. I browsed through his collection and got 5 books at just 100 bucks. In my city, it is next to impossible to get a book below 60 bucks and here I was, being offered 5 for 100 bucks.

P.S: I had wished for new books just 2 days prior to this!

Apart from reading and watching The Secret, I have also read and understood The Power of the Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, Beyond the Secret by Brenda Barnaby, and Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill. I strongly recommend those for deeper knowledge of The Secret. Also, I’m sure most of you have subscribed to The Secret Scrolls. On that note, I would also advise you to log on to www.tut.com. It’s Mike Dooley’s program. Free account, they send you customised 2-liners every day titled Note From The Universe. Very inspirational and very much fun. Try it ;)

I started saying "Thank you"... Thank you for my friends and family, thank you for the people I work with, thank you for nice customers. I turned away from the things I didn't love, I didn't give them a thought or any power whatsoever and as far as I was concerned, they didn't exist because their was no room for them in my future... in a well paid full time job where I could be creative and also learn lots of new skills.

Don't listen if someone tells you something is impossible, but don't argue with them either, just turn away and concentrate on you and what you want out of life. Visualize doing whatever makes you happy, whenever you can and live your life as if you already have everything you want. I did and I know this is just the beginning...

The Secret works... the Universe manifests what you need, when you need it. You may have forgot what you "ordered" but it doesn’t! Thank you!

I have always wanted to work at a particular high-profile company but never had the guts to even apply there. Their application process is really tough and there are like hundreds of thousands of people applying every year, so you could probably understand my concerns about it. After watching The Secret, I decided to start seeing myself as an unlimited human being and started visualising myself actually working at that company. Meanwhile, I started preparing for the interviews and all that was involved in the selection process. I would like to point out that I was applying The Secret but at the same time I was actively DOING all I had to do to prepare myself for the tests.

To cut the long story short - I successfully passed all 4 stages and I am now in. I still cannot believe it - I got the call yesterday - but I am going to start living my dream very soon.

 

IT IS TRUE THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CANNOT DO OR BECOME! BELIEVE IT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND THE WORLD WILL BE YOURS:)

You must let it go and have faith. Your dreams CAN manifest into your reality. JUST LET THEM!! No one knows how! But they are there. You must DECLARE to the universe what you want because ANYTHING is possible. I let go of all of my fears and doubts, DECLARED to the world what I wanted, and didn't let anything or anyone get in the way.

I went from making about 50 dollars a week to now making 1000 dollars a week - in about a month and a half. All because I told the universe I wanted it! I had no clue in hell how I would get it, but now I'm a high school dropout making almost $50,000 a year! Because I believed I could.

TRUST YOURSELF AND THE WORLD. The world knows no size of a favor - you decide if the favor is big or small. And the harder you think it is to get, the harder it will be. Make it easy on yourself.
